Cancellation Policy

Thank you booking with Herman R. Pablo, P.E. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you. Please note our cancellation policy. 1. If you must cancel within the 12 hour period for any reason or if you fail to show up for your appointment, your credit card will be charged. 2. If you within 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time, we will do our very best to still provide you with your full appointment. However, if your tardiness makes it impossible to complete the full service, you are still responsible for the full fee of the service you originally scheduled.
